The access rules set directly on this node, as [{ roleDefinitionId, action }], where action is view, edit, delete or publish. Rules apply to the node and everything beneath it, and for each action the nearest node that sets a rule for it wins. An empty list means the node inherits.

The key’s role needs the content.access.manage permission.
