The recursive Fieldset/Row/Variant/field-dispatch tree walk shared by every renderer this package
ships — EbitexForm’s own fetch-based orchestration, and (spec 77-public-form-progressive-
enhancement) ebitex’s own server-rendered public form page, which has no use for EbitexForm’s
fetch-driven submit state machine but needs this exact tree walk to avoid a second/third
implementation of it. Extracted here specifically so it’s importable without EbitexForm itself.
