Creates the object that holds a visitor’s identity on your site, under their consent.
The token is kept on the visitor’s device only while ebitex says that device may be recognised. On a denial, a
withdrawal, or a forget, it is removed. Out of the box the organization’s default decides, and until an owner changes
it that default is not to recognise, so every page load is a new visitor. Pass your consent tool’s answer in
consent, and keep it up to date with Visitors.setConsent.
