The noindex a page built from a sandbox response should carry, or null when there is nothing to add. Pass client.sandbox (or a mode you read yourself). Not for a page you
have chosen to publish: during the cutover window an organization can mark a mapped host indexable, and then the platform sends no mode and this returns null.
