The browser event announced on window after a successful final submission. It carries no data, and nothing in this package listens for it: it exists so another ebitex package on the page (the content client, when it was created with an audience option) can notice that the visitor’s audiences may have changed and re-read what they are shown, with no wiring in your code. Where the name is spelled out in two packages that must not depend on each other, a test in each holds it.
