EmailPage
A default way to turn a published page into an email, for a site that has no email renderer of its own.
Email is a hostile target: no scripts, no external styles, table layout, inline CSS. This does not know your Templates, so it reads a page by what its fields are called and shaped like rather than by which Template made it: a field named like a title becomes the heading, text becomes paragraphs, an image becomes a full-width picture, a link becomes a button. A site that wants its own look renders its own emails and serves the protocol itself; this exists so a small site gets something good enough on day one.
Everything is escaped, only http, https and mailto addresses survive, and any {{individual.firstName}} placeholder is left in
place for the sender to fill in per person.
