Replaces this folder’s allowed contracts with { contractIds: [ … ] }. Duplicates are ignored, and an empty list removes the constraint so the folder inherits from its parent again. Every id must name an existing contract.

Components already in the folder are not moved or rejected; the new constraint applies to the next create or move.

Needs the key’s role to hold content.access.manage.

Key: a management key with content.management.authoring.
