Binds every [data-ebitex-source] element in the document to its registry facts.
An element with no registry entry is still a boundary — it draws a pin named after nothing in particular rather than vanishing. That is deliberate: a renderer that emits the attribute but forgets the registry produces a visibly unnamed pin, which is a far better signal than a page that silently has no pins at all.
