The frame every presentation gets from its Template’s settings: an anchor, a background, a width and, when the author chose one, an appearance.
An appearance is written as data-ebitex-appearance, which index.css turns into a set of token overrides for this subtree only, and is also provided
through context so a nested presentation (a card inside a grid inside a section) sees the one in force. A presentation that chose none takes the parent’s:
it writes nothing and the CSS cascade carries the parent’s tokens down. Inside a container the frame draws no section of its own.
