While active, re-reads the visitor’s audiences every few seconds (for up to maxSeconds, default 900). Use it for the wait after something that may change what the visitor holds
somewhere else, such as an emailed link opened on a phone: the content on this page then updates by itself, with no reload. useSignIn already does this while its link is pending.
