ChoiceType

ChoiceType = "Select" | "Radio" | "Checkbox" | "Lookup"

Lookup is a type-ahead: the options are not listed up front but searched as the respondent types (see LookupSource), and any text is accepted, not only an offered option. Renderers older than the version that added it do not know it and show nothing for the field, so a form using one needs this package, or a custom Choice component, to be current.
