What RenderPresentation/<StandaloneComponent> registers for each boundary drawn while a
preview is active — a Presentation dispatch carries envelope, a standalone Component carries
component instead; exactly one is ever set. A server-rendered page supplies the same facts from
its registry document, bound to the element carrying the matching data-ebitex-source.
