Every key a respondent’s current view of nodes may submit: each visible field’s own key, plus, for a
Lookup, its <key>-existing companion. Use this, not the keys of collectDataFields alone, wherever
a payload is pruned to what is visible or a validation error is scoped to a step: the companion is not a
field, so a list built from fields alone would quietly drop it and the server would never learn whether
the answer was picked or typed.
